Holistic Lecturer

Kareen passionately believes in the “natural” approach to living, having been predisposed to it by her father -- a doctor educated at the Universities of Munich, and of Freiburg - the birthplace of the world-wide Alternative Health Movement.

The Germans have always eaten whole grains and dark breads, and people all over Europe were never healthier than during war-times. It forced them to go back to simple, basic and whole foods that had not been processed, chemically fertilized, bleached, or added to with only a few synthetic substitutes in place of dozens of natural vitamins and minerals that had previously been taken or milled out.

To make her 10 books well-rounded, Kareen became a Certified Nutrition Counselor, studied several different modalities in Energy Work, did extensive research on all she wrote and lectured about, and kept up with, her Yoga-Asanas, Breathing and Meditation practice for the last 40 years.

As a result of her continuing studies, Kareen is a great believer in, and studies the work of, the eminent Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer and his German New Medicine (GNM); she presently practices Transformative Meditation in Brain State Technologies (BST); and, she is a most enthusiastic Lecturer on subject of Aging and Weight-Control and Alkaline/Ionized Water for balancing the body's pH -- as a volunteer-speaker in Senior Centres, at the Mental Health Association, and to anyone who asks. She is considered by all to be a highly entertaining, involving, practical and informative lecturer.

Kareen is available for lectures to groups big and small on holistic health-topics concerning the body, mind and spirit. The length of the talks is only limited by the time-allotment given them by the organizers. Some of her many topics are concerned with the above-mentioned subjects, as well as the following:
